We offer our members a great range of services in a nurturing & supportive environment with cutting edge facilities. With 32 Group Fitness Classes per week ranging from high intensity right through to relaxation to accommodate all fitness levels.
Our range of classes include Les Mills programs - BodyStep, BodyPump, BodyAttack and now CXWORX a new 30 minute revolutionary and intensely challenging core training workout which will strengthen and give you results where it counts the most. Other classes include Boxing and world famous Zumba dance class as well as Pilates and not to mention our 2 hour Sunday Yoga class that should enable you to relax and relieve all the stresses of your working week. We have a great range of early morning & lunchtime classes for the working Foxy Ladies.
Free breakfast is included in your very own members lounge with flat screen TV, plus sparkling change rooms with access to your own personal Steam room.
Fernwood Parramatta has great childcare facilities for supervised child play so that you can workout and have some “you time” whilst knowing the children are well taken care of.

We have lots of great packages available including “No Contract” memberships. We also have a fabulous Elixir Skin Clinic run by the award winning Kathryn Laird. Kathryn will excel client expectations from waxing/laser (available for all hair colours including red, grey and white) to a beautiful facial, organic spray tanning and massage using her own Elixir Natural cosmeceutical product line specialized to the Elixir skin treatments.
